To meet these challenges, an in-depth analysis of the risks and opportunities associated with climate change has been carried out for the entire company. The results of this analysis are being taken into account in our overall strategy and business development outlook.

To make this strategic transition a success, it seems essential to raise awareness among all SCALP employees. Training courses and days dedicated to environmental and climate issues are planned to ensure that every member of the team can understand and get involved in this sustainable development approach.

Involving stakeholders and promoting our commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR)

SCALP wishes to establish a solid, structured relationship with its stakeholders, with the aim of co-constructing sustainable solutions within its ecosystem, viewing CSR as a strategic asset. This approach is based on listening carefully to our customers' expectations, and on promoting our CSR strategy to our customers and partners.

Innovating and promoting low-carbon methods and solutions

With a view to reducing our carbon footprint, we are constantly exploring the use of low-carbon products and techniques developed through our research and development. This ongoing reflection includes increasing the use of plant-based and bio-sourced raw materials.

This means promoting our EKO'R RANGEproducts through sales initiatives and customer proposals.
