Cultivating a good working environment for fulfillment and productivity
Aware of the importance of our employees' well-being, we encourage a harmonious balance between professional and personal life. With this in mind, SCALP has also created a dedicated relaxation area, including a pétanque court available to our employees. This space allows everyone to relax and spend time together, reinforcing conviviality and cohesion within the team.
