CULTURE OF ETHICS AND COMPLIANCE
At SCALP, it is important that our employees and partners regard business ethics as central to our core values. We seek to strengthen our compliance culture by exploring ways to identify and mitigate potential risks related to corruption and human rights violations. Our ethics and compliance rules are transparently communicated, and control mechanisms are envisaged to promote compliance with our processes.
Implementing the principles of ethical conduct
At SCALP, the deployment of rules of ethical conduct plays an important role in our strategic thinking. We envisage a proactive approach to promoting compliance with the organization's ethical standards, at all levels. This includes the creation of detailed compliance documents, supported by tools and materials that could facilitate their implementation. We are also exploring the possibility of investing in training and communication campaigns, to raise awareness among our teams of the ethical principles that guide our daily actions. While we are aware of the potential risks associated with corruption, anti-competitive practices and human rights abuses, we seek to put in place measures to limit their impact. Every employee and partner is, wherever possible, encouraged to conduct themselves in line with our fundamental values.
Integration of ethical and compliance processes
Integration of ethical and compliance processes
At SCALP, ethical and compliance processes are important to ensure integrity and accountability. We aim to put in place policies and codes of conduct that can help frame practices, supported by training programs for our employees to better understand ethical risks. Control mechanisms, such as regular audits, are in place to promote compliance with these standards.
Communication about best practice and regulatory updates is an essential aspect. By integrating these processes into our operations, we aim to reinforce a culture of integrity and, hopefully, build a sustainable and equitable future.
