At SCALP, it is important that our employees and partners regard business ethics as central to our core values. We envisage a proactive approach to promoting compliance with the organization's ethical standards, at all levels. This includes the creation of detailed compliance documents, supported by tools and materials that could facilitate their implementation. We are also exploring the possibility of investing in training and communication campaigns, to raise awareness among our teams of the ethical principles that guide our daily actions. While we are aware of the potential risks associated with corruption, anti-competitive practices and human rights abuses, we seek to put in place measures to limit their impact. Every employee and partner is, wherever possible, encouraged to conduct themselves in line with our fundamental values.
