SCALPIK L16 NG is a pickling solution specially designed for pickling varnishes and paints on wood.

It is a ready-to-use product which is used in dipping. Simply fill the bath with SCALPIK L 16 NG and dip the parts to be stripped in the cold bath. The parts should then be left in the bath until all layers of paint have been removed. This process can take a few minutes and up to several hours depending on the nature and thickness of the coating. Once stripped, the parts must be removed and rinsed with pressurized water. The application temperature must be at room temperature.

Step 1

Ready to use, do not dilute.

Step 2

Fill the bath with SCALPIK L16 NG.

Step 3

Soak the parts to be stripped in the bath.

Step 4

Leave the parts in the bath until all coats of paint have been completely stripped.

Step 5

Take out the parts and rinse with pressurised water.
